THE stars of King Edmund Acrogymnastics Club were on show on Saturday, displaying their breathtaking talents at the club's annual display at Yate Leisure Centre.
Taking part in the exhibition were the club's full range of gymnasts, from gym tots as young as 18 months up to the club's international stars and champion acrobats.
The Yate-based club boasts a string of British champions within its ranks, including Junior Men's Champions Wayne Skivington (17) and Elliott Woodman (14), Junior Women's Pair Champions Elizabeth Mounsdon (17) and Sophie Graham (13), and Women's Pair Champions Maiken Thorne (13) and Mollie Grehan (10).
Saturday was a chance for gymnastics enthusiasts, fans and fellow competitors to glimpse one of the region's most successful clubs in action, with Yate Leisure Centre full of fascinated spectators.
